"Bluegrass on the Border" is open to the public and starts at 6:00. The Tennessee Valley Authority and San Angelo’s Concho Grass will perform. They say, "These incredible musicians will dazzle you!" They have performed and recorded with bluegrass heavyweights and will be performing acoustic bluegrass music every First Friday at Twin Sisters Bakery and Cafe! BE THERE!
